Marcie Hill, M.S., is a gifted writer, blogger, and social media enthusiast with over ten years of writing experience. She is a business writer, a freelance writer for international and local print and online publications, and a community resource.

In 2008, Hill left her corporate job to pursue her passion of writing via freelancing and consulting. Somewhere along the way, she was drawn into the blogging and social media craze and couldn’t get out. Therefore, she started The Write Design Company to share her loves of writing, blogging, and social media through services and training.
Hill’s social media expertise is gaining national recognition. In July 2011, she conducted a Live Blogging workshop at the Blogging While Brown Conference in Los Angeles. Hill was also a panelist for the Social Media & Social Activism workshop at Social Media Week Chicago in September 2011.
She is the author of two eBooks: The ABCs of Blogging: Blogging Basics from A to Z and The ABCs of Live Blogging: Quick Tips for Live Blogging Success. The ABCs of Live Blogging is the first book ever published on the topic.
Additionally, she conducts in-person and virtual blogging, writing, and social media trainings and events.
